This is my first exterior. Ever. And it was a collaboration with BIM16, students studying BIM at Yrgo. This is a part of Gothenburg called Ringön and there are plans to develop this area and that was the base for this assignment.
Today this area is filled with industry and small businesses and there isn´t much reason for people to come here. That was my challenge, to not only show the buildings but to give a sense of why you would want to visit. The answer became culture.
I built the bridge for two reasons. First, as a means to protect the street from wind and secondly as an outside museum of sorts.
This is what it looked like when I started to work on it.

It was a challenge to work with exterior for the first time and I was grateful that I did not have to start from scratch.
